Refund policy

7-day satisfaction guarantee

Andina Digital offers a money-back guarantee within 7 calendar days of the purchase date, pursuant to the Consumer Protection and Defense Code (Law N.° 29571, INDECOPI).

1. Digital Products

All products sold are digital goods (plugins, extensions, software licenses) delivered immediately via electronic download or license key, pursuant to article 1529 of the Peruvian Civil Code.

Since delivery is immediate and access to the product is granted upon payment confirmation, refunds are subject to the conditions set out in this policy.

2. Timeframes

Maximum deadline to request a refund for verified technical failure, counted from the purchase date.

Approximate business days to process a card refund, depending on the card issuer. Yape/Plin and crypto have different conditions.

Technical team reviews

Within 24 business hours we will respond to attempt to resolve the reported technical issue.

Case evaluation

If the issue cannot be resolved, the refund will be approved. You will receive a confirmation by email.

Processing

The refund is credited to the original payment method. Timeframes vary by payment method (see section 6).

4. Conditions to Approve a Refund

  • The product does not function as described in its official documentation.
  • The technical support team has been unable to resolve the reported issue.
  • The request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.
  • It is the first refund request for the same product and order.
  • The customer has cooperated with the technical diagnosis process.

5. Exceptions — Cases Where Refund Does Not Apply

  • Change of mind or decision not to use the product.
  • Incompatibility with WordPress versions below the product minimum requirements.
  • Conflicts caused by third-party plugins or customizations made by the customer.
  • The customer has already received a refund for the same product.
  • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.
  • The product was successfully downloaded and used without reported issues within the timeframe.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed according to the payment method used for the purchase. Conditions and timeframes differ by payment method:

Credit or debit card

  • Approximate timeframe: up to 30 business days, depending on the card issuer.
  • Bank fees and commissions may apply to the chargeback process, as determined by the financial institution.
  • The refunded amount may be less than the amount paid if the bank applies fees to the reversal process.

Digital wallets (Yape / Plin)

  • Refund applies only within 7 calendar days of the purchase.
  • After that period, refunds cannot be processed via this payment method.
  • The refund is credited directly to your Yape or Plin account within 1 to 3 business days.

Cryptocurrencies

  • Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable, as on-chain transactions are irreversible.
  • If a refund request is approved, a store credit coupon equivalent to the purchase value will be issued for future purchases.
  • The store credit coupon has no expiry date and is non-transferable.

The product license is automatically revoked upon refund approval.
